Discussion question 2

Do you agree that becoming a strong and effective communicator takes time and practice? Why or why not?

I believe in that statement. No one is born that iis already good at everything. As we grown, we learn from things, make mistakes, fall and finally rise and improve. Some people may start shy, some may be not confident in their grammar or saying what's on their mind. As time goes on, we learn and face this technical fears in communicating. It is alright to start out of nothing then improve all through out.
