Differentiate VERBAL and NON-VERBAL communication
Verbal communication is referred to as they type of communication that uses words to convey message. This is what we use commonly use for communicating. Regardless of that, it can sometimes be inefficient if the message isn't processed well because of certain barriers. On the other hand, non-verbal communication is the type of communication that does not use words or does not require speaking. It is the collection of movements (examples are: body language, hand gestures, facial expressions, how you stand, eye movements etc.) in order to deliver the message.
